You can permanently delete your KAAM account and its associated personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
1. Delete your account in the app
If you can sign in to KAAM, this is the fastest way:
- Open KAAM and sign in with your phone number.
- Go to Me → Delete Account.
- Confirm when asked. Your account is removed immediately.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app or sign in, you can request deletion by email:
Send the request from your own contact details and include the mobile phone number registered to your KAAM account, so we can identify the correct account. We may need to confirm control of that number before deleting the account, to prevent someone else from deleting it.
3. What is deleted
Deleting your account removes its associated:
- Profile, including name, profession, skills, experience and About information.
- Profile photograph and work photographs.
- Job posts, requirements, descriptions and responses.
- Text and voice messages.
- Connections, and your reports and blocked-user records.
- Professional and social links.
- Saved location, including any stored coordinates.
- Notification permission and push-subscription information.
When you permanently delete your account, its associated personal information is deleted. Copies may remain in routine encrypted backups for a limited period until they are overwritten. Voice messages are deleted automatically after 30 days in normal use, regardless of deletion.
